How do I buy the package?

Click the Buy Now button to be transfered to Paypal. Fill out the required information and follow the indicated steps to purchase our products. Please be accurate when you enter your e-mail address as this will be used as your ID if you need to contact us for any reason. You will then be sent an email containing a username and password that is unique to you. PLEASE KEEP THIS USER NAME AND PASSWORD, YOU WILL NEED IT TO ACCESS OUR PRODUCTS, AND ANY VIDEO UPDATES. Once you receive this information, return to our home page and log in.

How do I log in?

You will find a log in button at the top of our home page. Click it and you will be asked to enter your username and password. Enter this information and submit. This will make our tutorial, Twitter dictionary and TwitterOnTheRun available to you. Just click the appropriate link. If you cannot log in, you may need to buy the product first. Please go to our home page and click the "Buy Now" button to begin. If you forgot your username and password and you do not have the email that was sent to you when you purchased the package, please contact us and include the complete email address that you used when purchasing the package.

How do I contact you?

There is a link at the bottom of our homepage named Contact. Click this and you will be prompted to send us an e-mail explaining what your needs are. Please be sure to include the complete e-mail that you used when purchasing the package.

How do I view the videos?

After you log in with your username and password, you will be sent to a page containing all the video chapters and our other products. Click the appropriate chapter to load the video, then press the play button.

What if my video won't start?

First, refresh the page and press the start button again -it may take a moment to start, please be patient. If the video still does not play, wait two minutes then refresh the page and try again. If the video is still unresponsive then please contact us explaining what the problem is, and detail any error messages.
